Salary: $81,200 - $121,800

What you will do

• Perform installation, maintenance, upgrade, and repair of equipment at customer locations.
• Ensure instruments meet performance specifications and train operators on their use.
• Manage service spare parts inventory and provide timely documentation of activities and expenses.
• Collaborate with sales and field application specialists to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and train junior service engineers and develop operating procedures.
• Provide field issue reports and analysis to product teams and service management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience, Master's with 1-3 years, or PhD with 0-2 years.
• Degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent military experience.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting complex electromechanical or chemical equipment.
• Knowledge of biochemistry, biology, and other life sciences.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS, Ethernet architecture, and real-time processing systems.
• Current authorization to work in the US without present or future sponsorship is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to lift up to 75lbs.
