What you will do

• Create and maintain test fixtures to ensure full quality control of reworked parts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electronic-related failures in security equipment.
• Develop and write technical procedures and best practices for fixture use and assembly repair.
• Lead the technical training effort for depot technicians.
• Identify replacement EOL components for rework processes.
• Collaborate with management on special projects, including new depot site setup involving travel.

Requirements

• Technical degree or extensive experience in electronics and mechanical systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and manual dexterity with hand tools.
• Ability to produce technical reports and summaries using Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, PLC, or FPGA.
• Experience with ISO standards, Continuous Improvement, or Lean methodology.
