TL;DR

Senior Demand Generation Partner (B2B Marketing): Develop and execute integrated campaigns combining strategic communications and demand generation to drive engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline growth with an accent on brand positioning, cross-channel execution, and commercial performance. Focus on optimizing campaign ROI, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with stakeholders on regional and global initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Lainate (MI), Italy – with possibility of working from home 2 days per week. Italian speaker required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns aligned to business goals, target audiences, and measurable outcomes across digital and traditional channels.
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional activation, ensuring messaging consistency and brand alignment.
  • Drive lead generation, track performance, and optimize campaigns for improved ROI and efficiency.
  • Lead strategic communications, create content for various channels, and support PR/media activities.
  • Manage external agencies and collaborate with regional partners on events and joint initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and Italian speaker.
  • Proven experience in strategic communications, demand generation, and integrated campaign management.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred; strong analytical mindset linking marketing to business results.
  • Experience across digital and traditional channels, project management, stakeholder management, and external agencies.
  • Excellent writing, content development, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in or knowledge of the water treatment sector.
