What you will do

  • Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, and referral channels.
  • Design and run experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, focusing on CAC and ROI.
  • Scale a content flywheel to drive SEO and inbound growth.
  • Develop lifecycle flows and nurture sequences using HubSpot.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate and personalize campaign execution.

Requirements

  • ~5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results across multiple paid channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from the Milan office.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Italian or other European languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Databox.
