What you will do
- Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, and referral channels.
- Design and run experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, focusing on CAC and ROI.
- Scale a content flywheel to drive SEO and inbound growth.
- Develop lifecycle flows and nurture sequences using HubSpot.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and personalize campaign execution.
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results across multiple paid channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from the Milan office.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Italian or other European languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Databox.
