What you will do

• Contribute to digital planning, including campaign calendars, platform selection, data entry, partner verification, and market/audience research.
• Support campaign management, performance monitoring, and initial analysis for optimal delivery and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative performance reports, interpreting data trends for strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with Digital Planners to analyze results, derive insights, and recommend data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for data interpretation and market/consumer insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in digital media, advertising, mobile, and social campaigns.

• Familiarity with digital media planning tools, ad-serving platforms, analytics software, or web languages.
