What you will do

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe, specifically in France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates.
  • Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow visibility and revenue.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to align campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign data and leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape (news/tech sites, coupon sites, digital communities).
  • Proven ability to grow affiliate network partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
