What you will do

• Develop and execute Spain/Italy-focused social media strategy integrated with product launches and campaigns
• Serve as cultural and social media expert for Spain/Italy in regional and global discussions
• Oversee content creation, community management, and adaptation of global campaigns across key platforms
• Leverage trends, creator partnerships, and influencers for culturally resonant initiatives
• Define KPIs, track performance, and provide market insights via social listening
• Lead in-house and agency teams, collaborating with marketing, PR, media, creative, and sales

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian and English
• Experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy with expertise in Spanish/Italian markets
• Deep understanding of social platforms, local consumer behavior, and influencer ecosystems
• Experience in international, matrixed organizations
• Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills with consumer-first mindset
