What you will do

• Support the creation, management, and optimization of SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Assist in managing paid advertising activities across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance, monitoring spend and objective achievement.
• Generate comprehensive performance reports and identify optimization opportunities for internal and client review.
• Collaborate with specialists to derive actionable insights and formulate data-driven future strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• English: Excellent command (C1) and fluency in Italian are required.
• Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
