What you will do

• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and development teams to drive distribution and partner premium generation.
• Manage portfolio of emerging and lower-volume partners, fostering relationships and ensuring growth.
• Provide pipeline support through market research, partner targeting, and competitive intelligence.
• Represent company in partner meetings and execute engagement opportunities.
• Track KPIs, report performance, and support process improvements in business development and onboarding.
• Monitor trends, maintain CRM accuracy, and assist with regional events and field presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 3+ years in fast-paced project management or consulting, preferably in insurance.
• Experience onboarding and guiding customers to value realization.
• Strong phone and video communication skills under pressure.
• Portfolio management with prioritization and multitasking.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for technical and business discussions across levels.
