What you will do
- Execute sales strategies to drive incremental growth from independent agents through regular contact and training.
- Expand the network of agents and agencies within the Mid-Atlantic territory (Tennessee, North Carolina).
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities for small to mid-size commercial clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Maintain the producer marketing database using Salesforce.
- Facilitate product webinars, website demonstrations, and participate in industry trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of previous sales and/or marketing experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the year, including overnight stays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
