What you will do

  • Execute sales strategies to drive incremental growth from independent agents through regular contact and training.
  • Expand the network of agents and agencies within the Mid-Atlantic territory (Tennessee, North Carolina).
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities for small to mid-size commercial clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Maintain the producer marketing database using Salesforce.
  • Facilitate product webinars, website demonstrations, and participate in industry trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of previous sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the year, including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
