What you will do

  • Contact brokers to explain the features and benefits of insurance programs.
  • Manage and organize the producer marketing database to facilitate closing quotes.
  • Conduct product webinars and website demonstrations for agents.
  • Execute weekly telephonic campaigns to maintain a pipeline of qualified agency appointments.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and develop referrals from brokers and carrier partners.
  • Assist with corporate communications, marketing, and advertising initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of previous sales or marketing experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance or personal lines sales.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
