What you will do

• Lead engagement workstreams to deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems.
• Conduct complex data analyses using SQL and Tableau to form strategic recommendations.
• Develop high-impact presentations and deliverables to communicate strategy and outcomes to client audiences.
• Manage project economics, including budgets and workstream timelines.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to leverage PINC AI databases and create enriched content for analytics.

Requirements

• Experience in health systems finance, operations, or strategic consulting.
• Proficiency in data validation, quantitative analysis, and visualization.
• Ability to lead workgroups and mentor others in producing client deliverables.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and participate in US-based benefits (e.g., 401k).

Nice to have

• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
