What you will do

• Lead therapeutic strategy development and implementation aligned with client goals and market trends.
• Support early customer engagement with BD team, providing therapeutic alignment for indications ahead of RFPs.
• Drive innovative strategies including protocol suggestions, budget comparisons, and operational recommendations to win bids.
• Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities and challenges in therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with medical, operations, regulatory, and commercial teams for cohesive client engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and report progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive leadership in life sciences with direct clinical project management and focus on therapeutic strategy/consulting.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences (or equivalent experience).
• Broad protocol and therapeutic area knowledge plus global regulatory/ICH GCP expertise.
• Experience across all phases of clinical development, study budgets, and operational delivery at biotech/CRO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills for fast-paced team environment.
• Proven track record in business development, RFPs/RFIs, and process improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma, MD/IVD space.
• Recent operational/business development roles at biotechnology company or CRO.
