TL;DR

Location: Remote-first; must be based in the U.S. Travel as needed for client engagements and key meetings. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Lead and contribute to Epic Revenue Cycle engagements, including optimization, implementation, and performance improvement.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to solve revenue cycle challenges across workflows and deliver measurable results.
  • Build trust-based relationships, support sales efforts, and maintain account health.
  • Contribute to practice development by creating methodologies, tools, and identifying market trends.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in healthcare consulting or provider operations with deep Epic Revenue Cycle expertise (Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing, Cadence, Prelude).
  • Proven hands-on delivery in client-facing roles, balancing leadership and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations, financial drivers, and optimization strategies.
  • Experience building client relationships and influencing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
