What you will do

• Act as a key deal strategist, collaborating with Sales and Client Success to analyze client needs and propose tailored growth/retention plans.
• Serve as the resident expert on product offerings, savings projections, and technical integrations for prospective clients.
• Support growth and retention by providing expertise during the sales and renewal/upsell processes.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Legal, Finance, and Clinical teams to solution complex, non-standard client requirements.
• Manage and respond to custom RFP questions and BAFO requests to create field-tested standard responses.
• Provide field feedback to cross-functional leadership to improve product packaging and go-to-market processes.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional experience in consulting or customer-facing roles within health and benefits or digital health.
• Deep understanding of self-funded medical plans and the relationships between TPAs, healthcare providers, and plan sponsors.
• Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills for visualizing data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the USA.

• Experience analyzing medical claims data to project savings and program impact.
• Knowledge of the point solution ecosystem and healthcare disruptors selling to self-funded employers.
• Experience delivering impactful product demos that articulate value to all stakeholders.
• Experience working within early or growth-stage businesses.
