What you will do

• Support capacity planning and estimation practices to enable sustainable delivery pace.
• Identify risks and resolve impediments proactively to maintain delivery momentum.
• Coordinate deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Agile and iterative delivery practices.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of experience supporting technology delivery or Agile teams in an enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
