What you will do

• Facilitate high-value Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers to maintain team velocity.
• Synchronize workflows between hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting without creating unnecessary overhead.
• Drive a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, ideally within hardware or engineering-heavy environments.
• Strong coaching mindset and the ability to lead without controlling.
• Ability to remain calm and communicate directly under pressure.
• Fluent English proficiency; German language skills are a bonus.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification is considered a plus.
