What you will do
- Coach product and engineering teams on Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to optimize backlog management and roadmap planning.
- Configure and maintain Jira boards, workflows, and Jira Plans.
- Guide teams through Agile transitions and implement continuous process improvements.
- Facilitate delivery metrics and enhance team collaboration.
- Develop and execute coaching plans to resolve complex delivery challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience coaching Agile product and engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
- Hands-on proficiency with Jira configuration and reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be eligible to work via employment (NO C2C).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
