Compensation: $200,000 to $220,000 + Equity + Benefits + 401(k) Match

What you will do

• Define the product vision and bring the team along.
• Own design direction for your pod end-to-end, from exploration to post-launch iteration.
• Partner deeply with PM and engineering to shape product direction.
• Raise the craft bar across the design team through mentorship, critique, and feedback.
• Navigate complex ambiguous problems and build design culture, systems, and standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must work remotely from the US, Alaska, or Hawaii
• Master of design craft with strong convictions, taste, and persuasive articulation.
• Think in systems and vision, holding big picture and details simultaneously.
• Experience designing loved consumer or B2B products with fluency of best consumer apps.
• Strong player/coach: hands-on IC who elevates others through leadership.
• Thrive in ambiguity, motivated by impact, velocity, and constant product improvement.
• Clear communication of design decisions and understanding of AI's potential in products.
• Active experimentation with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
