Senior Product Designer (Manage): Owning end-to-end design for post-award grant management product area where $1.1B+ in funding is tracked, reported, and kept compliant with an accent on complex data visualization, multi-stakeholder workflows, and AI-powered features. Focus on designing financial dashboards for non-accountants, cross-team collaboration tools, and greenfield compliance solutions.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the continental U.S. or Canada with 4+ hours overlap with Pacific time zone.

Salary: $160-205k plus equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for Manage product area: from discovery and research to shipping and iteration
• Shape visualization of financial data like budget vs. actuals, burn rates, variance flags, and forecasts for non-accountants
• Design complex multi-stakeholder workflows for cross-team collaboration
• Envision AI-powered features to boost efficiency and compliance
• Drive definition of greenfield product spaces
• Raise quality bar across hirify.global's design system

Requirements

• 7+ years product design experience, at least 2 years senior level
• Proven track record owning complex B2B/enterprise product areas end-to-end
• Deep expertise in data-heavy UIs: financial dashboards, tracking tools, reporting
• Strong Figma skills: flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers in fast-paced startups
• Ability to conduct and synthesize user research independently
• Exceptional communication to present, defend decisions, align stakeholders
• Active use of AI tools in design workflow

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial software, accounting, compliance, or fund reporting
• Experience designing for nonprofits or social impact
• Design systems experience
• Familiarity with accessibility standards
• Comfort with basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS)
• Experience mentoring designers
