TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Member Growth): Design elegant, intuitive product experiences for the core member platform of a mental health service with an accent on visual craft, usability, and business impact. Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA: Must be based in the San Francisco metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days. Expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week at 2 Embarcadero Ctr. Occasional travel required.
$165,000 - $202,500 base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Design elegant, intuitive, high-quality product experiences across the core member platform.
- Apply strong visual point of view to improve look, feel, and usability.
- Identify user problems with your pod and translate into clear solutions.
- Deliver polished, production-ready designs balancing craft and speed.
- Partner cross-functionally to validate builds and drive measurable impact.
- Refine shipped experiences through iteration and contribute to the design system.
Requirements
- At least 5 years designing digital products with shipped high-quality experiences.
- Portfolio showing exceptional visual design, detail, and sensibility.
- Proven cross-functional work with PM and Engineering.
- Strong communication of design decisions.
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping; experience with design systems.
- Comfort using data and feedback while maintaining design judgment.
