Senior Product Designer (Member Growth)

Senior Product Designer (Member Growth): Design elegant, intuitive product experiences for the core member platform of a mental health service with an accent on visual craft, usability, and business impact. Focus on elevating member journeys, iterating on design systems, and collaborating with PMs and Engineering to ship high-quality solutions that drive engagement and retention.

Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA: Must be based in the San Francisco metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days. Expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week at 2 Embarcadero Ctr. Occasional travel required.

$165,000 - $202,500 base salary, plus equity and benefits.

• Design elegant, intuitive, high-quality product experiences across the core member platform.
• Apply strong visual point of view to improve look, feel, and usability.
• Identify user problems with your pod and translate into clear solutions.
• Deliver polished, production-ready designs balancing craft and speed.
• Partner cross-functionally to validate builds and drive measurable impact.
• Refine shipped experiences through iteration and contribute to the design system.

Requirements

• At least 5 years designing digital products with shipped high-quality experiences.
• Portfolio showing exceptional visual design, detail, and sensibility.
• Proven cross-functional work with PM and Engineering.
• Strong communication of design decisions.
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping; experience with design systems.
• Comfort using data and feedback while maintaining design judgment.
