What you will do

• Own and drive product initiatives within the Communications, Customer Interactions & Affiliates domain.
• Translate business goals and operational needs into clear product solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, player impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, architects, and designers from discovery to production.
• Oversee communication-related product areas such as email, messaging, AI chatbots, and customer interaction systems.
• Monitor KPIs and engagement metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software product company.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development.
• Experience managing integrations, APIs, or technically complex product domains.
• Ability to structure complex problems into clear functional scopes and delivery plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Tallinn, Estonia

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, SaaS, CRM, or high-scale platform products.
• Knowledge of messaging systems, affiliate platforms, or marketing technologies.
• Understanding of communication workflows and event-driven systems.
• Experience with analytics tools and product metrics.
