Product Manager (User Authentication)

Focus on reducing friction, increasing conversion, and ensuring scalability and compliance at a global scale.

Location: Tallinn, Estonia or Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid model: at least 12 monthly in-office days required

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sign-up and sign-in experience across all personas and products.
• Define and track success metrics, balancing user experience, security, compliance, and business impact.
• Discover user problems via research and data analysis to drive the product roadmap.
• Design and execute large-scale experiments to reduce friction and increase conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering, design, security, fraud, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Product Management, preferably in authentication, identity, security, or onboarding domains.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Technical fluency to navigate architectural trade-offs.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to create intuitive user experiences.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Tallinn, Estonia or Warsaw, Poland
