What you will do

• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and schedules.
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to eliminate manual coordination and data entry.
• Create real-time dashboards to track pipeline health, recruiter productivity, and conversion rates.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a high-quality, personalized experience.
• Optimize scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding handoffs for scale.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation platforms.
• Proven ability to create prompt systems, agent workflows, or dashboards that improve efficiency.
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, NPS).
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY.
