Location: Fully remote (Must be based in the United States or Canada)

What you will do

  • Own the full North American P&L, overseeing growth across the United States and Canada for all solution segments.
  • Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing AE and Sales Manager bench with a focus on an AI-native sales culture.
  • Define and operate the NA territory model, including account-size tiering and AE-to-account ratios.
  • Drive multi-solution selling across Regulatory Compliance, Climate Intelligence, and Asset Operations stacks.
  • Manage regional pipeline coverage and velocity in partnership with BD, Marketing, and Customer teams.
  • Personally engage with VP and C-level executives in target Fortune 500 accounts to open strategic doors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
  • 4+ years of experience leading regional or territory sales teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling NA businesses from sub-$10M to materially larger revenue levels.
  • Fluency in selling platforms related to compliance, sustainability, or supply chain software.
  • Operational expertise with the modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
