What you will do

  • Build and manage a comprehensive 30/60/90-day onboarding program for AEs and SDRs to ensure rapid productivity.
  • Coach GTM teams on MEDDPICC sales methodology and integrate it into opportunity management processes.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to create sales assets, including competitive battlecards and technical pitch decks.
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Develop training modules focused on Voice AI, API infrastructure, and competitive differentiation.
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve win rates and deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company.
  • Expertise in coaching sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) with measurable impact on results.
  • Proficiency with the modern GTM stack: Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Strong interest or background in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives.
  • Builder mindset with experience thriving in "zero-to-one" environments.
