TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-First)

Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 (base) + variable

What you will do

  • Transition the sales team from a single-service solution to a complex SaaS suite including EOR, Contractor management, and Gia AI.
  • Architect and build a sustainable, high-growth outbound hunting motion to reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Evolve SMB and Mid-Market success into an Enterprise-grade motion, navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Amplify sales outcomes by integrating AI tools (Gia/Gemini) into daily workflows and rep productivity.
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting standards using Salesforce and Clari as the primary sources of truth.
  • Collaborate with GTM Ops, Product, and Partners teams to drive aggressive logo acquisition.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
  • Experience scaling organizations at the $300M - $500M+ ARR stage.
  • Strong "hunter" mindset focused on net-new logo acquisition rather than account management.
  • Proven ability to manage short sales cycles (30-45 days) while simultaneously scaling up-market.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in the Employer of Record (EOR) or Global Expansion industry.
  • Experience managing both inside sales and field sales models.
