Location: Remote in TX, KS, IL, NY, CT, FL, GA, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, TN, VA, and WA. Not eligible for hiring within the city limits of Chicago.

What you will do
- Lead, scale, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on net-new enterprise revenue.
- Elevate team capability through structured coaching in product positioning and sales execution.
- Manage pipeline health and forecasting rigor to ensure revenue predictability.
- Partner cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategy and execution across regions.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on team performance and pipeline trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams with a track record of revenue growth.
- Expertise in endpoint management, IT operations, or adjacent technologies.
- Strong command of Salesforce and modern sales tools for pipeline management.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and executive-level influence.
- Must be based in one of the specified US states.
- Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
