What you will do

  • Own and scale 30-60-90 day onboarding program to accelerate ramp and ensure new hires are confident in messaging, methodology, and customer conversations.
  • Translate product marketing strategy into field execution tools like talk tracks, discovery guides, outbound messaging, and sales plays.
  • Elevate outbound motion, prospecting cadence, and pipeline generation workflows.
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger through training, coaching, and call reviews.
  • Lead enablement forums, revenue-focused GTM sessions, and cross-functional initiatives for market expansion.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Sales Enablement with B2B enterprise software experience, preferably high-growth SaaS; prior quota-carrying AE or leading sellers preferred.
  • Proven ability partnering with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to translate strategy into execution.
  • Success building/scaling onboarding programs that reduce ramp time.
  • Experience enabling outbound/prospecting motions and rolling out sales methodologies like MEDDIC/Challenger.
  • Strong coaching skills and comfort in fast-moving startup environment.
