TL;DR
Client Success Account Executive II (Wellness Platform): Own client relationships for large accounts post-sale, develop growth strategies, and manage commercial agenda including renewals and expansions. Location: Germany (Cologne - Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Own client relationships for a portfolio of large accounts throughout the lifecycle, leading virtual and in-person meetings.
- Build trusting relationships with HR contacts by sharing the mission to improve employee health, engagement, and happiness.
- Develop client-specific growth strategies, drive launches, relaunches, and awareness events with the Wellbeing Engagement Team.
- Present best practice workflows, review growth rates, suggest strategies, and provide product updates.
- Collaborate with Wellbeing Engagement, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams to meet goals.
- Analyze data, develop tailored communication strategies to boost engagement, and own renewals, expansions, and contract renegotiations.
Requirements
- Experience managing client relationships in a client-facing position.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and solve problems creatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple clients/projects.
- Fluent in monitoring data, analyzing reports, and leveraging results.
- Able to improve processes and manage change in a fast-paced global environment.
