Senior Account Manager (Mobile Gaming): Managing and scaling relationships with mobile game publishers on a user acquisition platform with an accent on revenue growth, LTV maximization, and data-driven strategy. Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany (Working from home on Mondays & Fridays, in the office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Design and execute account strategies to scale revenue and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor complex KPIs and translate raw data into actionable insights and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Translate partner feedback into prioritized roadmap requirements for the Product team.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to streamline workflows and resolve challenges.
  • Ensure partner performance aligns with both client objectives and internal success metrics.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in adtech, gaming, rewarded advertising, or user acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to interpret sales data and create strategies.
  • Commercial "hunter" mentality with a focus on exponential growth.
  • Full professional fluency in English with strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to exceeding targets.
