What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners to foster long-term loyalty.
- Design and execute account strategies to scale revenue and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor complex KPIs and translate raw data into actionable insights and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Translate partner feedback into prioritized roadmap requirements for the Product team.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to streamline workflows and resolve challenges.
- Ensure partner performance aligns with both client objectives and internal success metrics.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in adtech, gaming, rewarded advertising, or user acquisition.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to interpret sales data and create strategies.
- Commercial "hunter" mentality with a focus on exponential growth.
- Full professional fluency in English with strong negotiation skills.
- Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to exceeding targets.
