What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day website updates, including lobby banners, featured categories, and new game releases.
  • Own the marketing content calendar to coordinate game launches and promotional timelines.
  • Execute player promotions and set up bonus triggers to ensure accurate reward delivery.
  • Use HTML and CSS to update web content and refine email/in-app templates.
  • Conduct meticulous quality assurance on all site updates to ensure a bug-free player experience.
  • Maintain operational documentation and SOPs while ensuring compliance with UKGC guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Promotions, Marketing Operations, CRM, or Content Management.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS, offer set-up tools, or bonus engines.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for content editing and dynamic scripting.
  • Solid understanding of the UK Gaming Market and bonus offer logic.
  • Experience with project management tools like Linear, Trello, or Jira.
  • Must be based in the UK for hybrid work in St Albans

Nice to have

  • Experience with Optimove or similar enterprise-level ESP/Marketing Automation tools.
  • Skills in AI Prompting.
