What you will do

  • Own and administer HubSpot platform, including configuration, data integrity, lead scoring, and user permissions.
  • Architect and build marketing automation workflows, nurture sequences, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead GTM tracking across web properties for accurate attribution into HubSpot and reporting.
  • Design dashboards and attribution models for pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and funnel performance.
  • Leverage Clay for data enrichment and maintain accurate contact/account data.
  • Manage campaign operations across paid, email, events, and content with consistent tracking standards.
  • Maintain marketing ops knowledge base with documentation for scalability.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar, ideally in B2B SaaS/tech.
  • CRM expert with experience building complex workflows and reporting frameworks.
  • Process-first mindset for scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable with data, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Hands-on with Google Tag Manager and web tracking to CRM integration.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration with Sales and agencies.
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset.
