Location: Must be based in Denver, CO, USA (requires up to 80% travel for in-home visits)
Compensation: $28.97–$35.11 per hour

What you will do
- Conduct initial in-home assessments and maintain weekly in-person contacts for the first 45-60 days.
- Develop individualized, trauma-informed service plans to ensure child stability and safety.
- Perform comprehensive home studies to evaluate sponsor suitability for the reunification of children.
- Provide crisis intervention support, coordinating with Child Protective Services and law enforcement when necessary.
- Connect clients to essential resources, including legal services, medical care, education, and immigration assistance.
- Maintain accurate electronic case files and submit required documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant behavioral science.
- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum 2 years of case management experience and 1 year of professional experience in child protection, foster care, or kinship care.
- Proven ability to manage complex client situations centering on child protection principles.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (up to 500 miles), including evenings and weekends.
- Must pass background checks, including FBI fingerprints and Child Abuse and Neglect checks.
