What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions according to treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling as needed.
• Coordinate care with community providers and prepare inter-agency reports.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license or certification: LPC, LADAC I/II, LCSW, or LMSW.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jackson, TN.
• Knowledge of human behavior, substance use disorders, and treatment planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and office equipment.
• Commitment to maintaining federal, state, and accrediting body regulations.
