What you will do

• Conduct regular individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to program policies and all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Participate in in-service training and community relations activities.

Requirements

• Masters degree in a related Human Services field required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Cullman, AL.
• Compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding certification and licensure.
• Ability to make effective decisions and use proper judgment with sensitive patient information.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and addiction treatment principles.
