Location: United States, requires daily travel to locations in and around the Little Rock, AR area, including the airport. Must successfully pass a federal background investigation for Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access via TSA. Work environment includes airports, correctional facilities, courthouses, cruise ships.

Salary: $62,700 - $84,810/yr

What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection equipment at customer sites, including customer training.
• Troubleshoot issues, document inspections, maintenance, and repairs, and submit paperwork timely.
• Order, install, and manage repair parts cycle time; review logs and prepare customer reports.
• Assess product performance based on field data and recommend improvements; provide technical support.
• Participate in service sales opportunities, site surveys, and pilot programs; ensure tools are maintained and calibrated.
• Control costs, comply with health, safety, environmental policies, and U.S. export regulations.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, related trade certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical), military training, or 1-3 years equivalent experience in electrical/mechanical field service.
• 1-3 years experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic systems and equipment.
• Computer literacy, MS Office proficiency, aptitude for specialized software.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, teamwork; willing to travel at short notice, overtime, non-standard hours.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs, full body mobility, operate carts/hoists/cranes/pallet jacks safely around industrial equipment.
• U.S. work eligibility; must pass federal background check and drug test.
