Salary: $42,000 - $98,000/yr

What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain Trace and X-Ray equipment in the field, including customer training.
• Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs; submit paperwork timely and prepare customer reports.
• Manage parts ordering, installation, and cycle time; review logs for issues.
• Assess equipment performance, recommend improvements, and provide technical support.
• Participate in service sales, site surveys, and pilot programs; promote revenue opportunities.
• Maintain tools, ensure compliance with safety and export regulations; control costs.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, trade certification, or military training in electrical/electronic/mechanical fields (or 1-3 years equivalent experience); computer literacy, MS Office proficiency.
• 1-3 years experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic systems in field service.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, teamwork; ability to travel at short notice, overtime.
• Must pass federal background investigation and TSA vetting for Sensitive Security Information access.
• Physical ability: lift 80 lbs, push/pull 200 lbs, maneuver heavy equipment; work in extreme environments.
