What you will do
- Identify and engage prospective clients to drive new logo acquisition within defined AEC verticals.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through detailed needs assessments.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations focused on prospect pain points.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline status and forecasts within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS or design software sales, ideally in a full-cycle inside sales role.
- Business proficiency in Dutch and English required.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate value and successfully close high-value deals.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
