What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospective clients to drive new logo acquisition within defined AEC verticals.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through detailed needs assessments.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations focused on prospect pain points.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline status and forecasts within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS or design software sales, ideally in a full-cycle inside sales role.
  • Business proficiency in Dutch and English required.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate value and successfully close high-value deals.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
