What you will do

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting hirify.global solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure customer agreements
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for pipeline management
  • Collaborate with sales team to exceed targets and share market insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5-7 years total experience, including 2-3 years as Account Executive in SaaS with outbound and closing
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management for fast-paced environment
  • Fluent Thai speaker with strong English communication

Nice to have

  • Certifications in sales (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional)
  • Experience with international clients or global sales
