TL;DR

Sales Enablement Manager (Fintech/SaaS): Own end-to-end GTM enablement for a growing global sales team with an accent on structured onboarding, living playbooks, and hands-on coaching across regions and products. Focus on creating competitive battlecards, training programs, sales content, and measuring impact on ramp time, win rates, and deal sizes.

Location: Remote (global scope, work across time zones, travel for team events)

International fintech startup combining SaaS with human services for business admin, accounting, bookkeeping, incorporation, tax, and compliance across SG, HK, UK, UAE.

What you will do

  • Build structured onboarding programs to ramp new hires quickly across roles, regions, and product lines.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks covering discovery, objections, competitive positioning, pricing, and jurisdiction-specific knowledge.
  • Conduct live coaching, ride-alongs, call reviews, and deal clinics to boost conversions, deal values, and close rates.
  • Create competitive intelligence battlecards on competitors' pricing, strategies, and wins.
  • Design training programs including product deep-dives, market knowledge, skill workshops, and launch enablement.
  • Collaborate on sales content like case studies, pitch decks, and demo scripts; track enablement metrics like ramp time and win rates.

Requirements

  • English fluency required; Mandarin strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or hands-on B2B sales at fast-scaling company.
  • Experience building an enablement function from scratch.
  • Proven sales skills in discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing.
  • Strong content creation for battlecards, videos, knowledge bases, pitch decks.
  • Scrappy startup mindset: travel for events, work across time zones, data-driven decisions tied to revenue outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in corporate services, accounting, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Guru, or similar tools.
  • Background in B2B sales to SMEs and startups.
