CTS Sales Engineer (Compressors): Selling after-sales service products and providing technical support for compressors and related electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory with an accent on customer relationships, service requirements, and account collection. Focus on identifying maintenance needs, delivering after-sales solutions, supporting customers on site, and applying sales and pricing strategies.
Location: Hybrid role based in China, covering Shantou, Chaozhou, Jieyang, and Heyuan

What you will do
- Sell after-sales service products within the assigned territory through individual efforts and teamwork.
- Apply company sales and pricing strategies when selling service offerings.
- Identify customer service requirements and provide technical support and after-sales service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the territory.
- Follow up on accounts receivable collection and comply with BCOP requirements for financial data accuracy and security.
Requirements
- College diploma or higher with an engineering background.
- At least two years of on-site repair and maintenance experience with compressors or related electromechanical equipment.
- Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and sales management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for business.
