Location: Must relocate to or live in Atlanta, GA / Amarillo, Lubbock, Big Spring, Fort Worth, Dallas, El Paso, TX / Las Cruces, NM. Full-time presence at the assigned project site required.

Salary: 78,750 - 95,812.50 USD per year

What you will do

• Perform advanced installation, checkout, testing of panels, devices, wiring, and low-voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and functional issues independently.
• Lead small crews of technicians and mentor juniors on site.
• Coordinate daily activities with field leads, trade partners, and superintendents.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and project safety/quality standards.
• Support documentation, punchlists, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in field installation, testing, startup in mission-critical MEP or hyperscale environments
• Hands-on experience with construction tools, troubleshooting, and interpreting drawings/specs
• Experience mentoring juniors and leading small teams
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite practices
• Valid driver’s license; up to 25% travel; REAL ID or passport for domestic travel
• Physical ability to work in construction environments, lift 50 lbs, use PPE
