What you will do
- Develop and operate Condition Monitoring programs for clients in conjunction with the Lead CM Engineer.
- Conduct routine Condition Monitoring surveys and vibration data analysis at client premises.
- Report vibration and oil analysis results alongside corrective maintenance recommendations.
- Perform periodic on-site Pump Performance Testing and provide detailed reporting.
- Calculate the cost-benefit of proposed recommendations using a defined process.
- Interface directly with clients to ensure the professional on-site delivery of monitoring services.
Requirements
- Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2 (or equivalent) required.
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent relevant work experience with rotating equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vibration analysis for rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software.
- Location: Must be based in the United States to work on-site at customer facilities.
Nice to have
- Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2 or equivalent.
- Practical experience with mechanical seals.
- Skills in thermography, rotor dynamics analysis, laser alignment, and electrical tests.
