Location: Remote (USA). Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within North America and occasionally overseas is required.

What you will do

• Monitor and report on customer system performance via regular remote connections.
• Audit usage and proactively troubleshoot field-level issues remotely.
• Provide front-line support for software and hardware offerings.
• Interpret vibration analysis results using the Industrial Internet portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales force to provide technical assistance for new system sales.
• Lead new system deliveries, upgrades, commissioning, and customer training.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Vibration analysis certification of category II or higher.
• Experience in condition monitoring of rotating equipment and familiarity with monitoring software.
• Knowledge of pulp, paper, and energy industries.
• Ability to travel up to 70% within North America.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
