What you will do

  • Supervise monthly financial close, including journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, and operating results analysis.
  • Manage accounting for freight, intercompany payables, and fixed assets, including investment analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with PRC GAAP and US GAAP, and lead annual statutory audits.
  • Oversee manufacturing standard cost system, setting standards for material, labor, and overhead, supporting RFQ processes.
  • Collaborate with plant operations on weekly/monthly forecasts and annual planning.
  • Implement internal controls and support internal audits; handle ad-hoc accounting tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting and Finance (preferably from 211/985 universities)
  • Over 12 years’ experience in manufacturing finance
  • Proficiency in PRC & US GAAP, tax regulations, cost management, financial planning and analysis
  • Skills in manufacturing environment using SAP system
  • English CET-6 or above, fluent in communication
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, scheduling, and multitasking skills
