Finance Section Manager

Location: Primarily factory environment

Salary: ¥207648–¥324450 per year

What you will do

• Supervise the monthly financial close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, reporting, and operating results analysis.
• Manage freight accounting, intercompany payables, fixed assets, and related investment analysis.
• Ensure compliance with PRC GAAP and US GAAP and lead the annual statutory audit.
• Manage the manufacturing standard cost system covering materials, labor, overhead, and RFQ support.
• Partner with Plant Operations on weekly and monthly forecasts and the annual plan.
• Implement internal controls, support internal audits, and coordinate general accounting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting and Finance.
• More than 12 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, cost management, and financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment using SAP.
• Mastery of PRC GAAP and US GAAP, with experience leading statutory audits and managing internal controls.
• English CET 6 or above and fluent English communication skills required.
