What you will do

• Secure reservations using GDS (Apollo), CRM (ClientBase), and approved online booking engines while meeting sales productivity targets.
• Record and track all client data, travel purchases, and monies in ClientBase and accounting systems.
• Maintain complete and accurate client profiles and proactively market new travel offers to existing clientele.
• Provide support to travelers during sales, pre-travel, and post-travel phases.
• Upsell travel options and additional products to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency experience.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Experience with GDS, CRMs, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and perform basic math.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
