What you will do
- Qualify prospects from inbound (80%) and outbound (20%) leads via cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Deliver customized sales pitches highlighting 's value.
- Host group presentations and webinars for real estate investors.
- Manage deal pipeline in Salesforce and SalesLoft with timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Share customer insights to refine sales strategy and product development.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years consultative B2B inside sales experience with track record of exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in outbound phone, email, and text prospecting.
- Skilled in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for data and workflow management.
- Strong relationship-building, engagement, and influence skills with small to mid-market clients.
- Confident video communication and group presentations.
- Interest in real estate and housing innovation.
- Alignment with values: compassionate directness, integrity, optimism, curiosity, empathy, strong work ethic.
