TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Fuel revenue engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across DACH region with strong focus on German market through structured research and targeted outreach. Focus on building healthy sales pipeline, conducting discovery to assess needs, and collaborating with sales and marketing on campaigns.
Location: Athens, Attica, Greece - Hybrid (2 days/week in office), fully remote option if not Attica resident. Prospects focus: DACH region, primarily Germany.

What you will do
- Act as first point of contact for prospects via outreach (email, calls, sequences).
- Build and maintain structured sales pipeline with high-quality opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
- Test and improve outreach approaches and align with marketing on campaigns.
- Pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Represent as brand ambassador.
Requirements
- First experience in sales/business development with motivation for sales career.
- High self-motivation, curiosity, proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging contacts.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent German (native, verbal and written).
- Excellent English (proficient, verbal and written).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales automation platforms.
- Interest in cybersecurity or technical learning.
