Product Analyst

TL;DR

Product Analyst (SaaS): Partner with Product Managers to define, measure and track metrics and funnels for initiatives, connecting to OKRs with an accent on data collection, A/B testing, and performance dashboards. Focus on bridging product-data gap, ensuring data quality, and providing insights for decisions.

Location: Fully remote based in Europe (Preference for Portugal, Spain, UK)

Salary: $50k-$60k USD, depending on experience and location

What you will do

• Define, measure, and track North Star metrics and indicators for product initiatives, linking to OKRs.
• Establish, implement, and analyze product conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with engineering on data collection for launches and updates.
• Serve as point of contact for product usage data requests from design and product teams.
• Bridge communication between Product and Data departments.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and analyze A/B tests.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards on product performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as Product Analyst or Product Owner with analytical focus in SaaS
• Hands-on with Rudderstack, Segment, or Userpilot
• Expertise in GA4 and GTM
• Track record with A/B testing and feature rollouts
• Strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, data visualization (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
• Based in Europe
